Setting up a custom domain allows you to run your GoRaven workspace under your own brand's web address (e.g., app.yourcompany.com).
This creates a seamless, professional experience for your team and your clients.
Step 1: Choose Your Subdomain
Decide what subdomain you want to use. Common choices include:
- app.yourdomain.com
- portal.yourdomain.com
- login.yourdomain.com
Step 2: Update Your DNS Records
You need to point your chosen subdomain to our servers. Log in to your domain registrar (like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Namecheap) and create a new record:
- **Type**: CNAME
- **Name/Host**: The subdomain part (e.g., "app" or "portal")
- **Value/Target**: flash.funnels.msgsndr.com
Step 3: Add the Domain in GoRaven
Once your DNS record is saved:
Please note that DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours to fully propagate across the internet.
